This roll forming machine processes 0.3–0.8 mm GI/PPGI sheets using 45# steel rollers and shafts (70 mm diameter, chrome-plated) on a 350 H-beam frame. It forms 836 (13 rows) and 840 (11 rows) profiles at 10–15 m/min with a 5.5 kW main motor, 4 kW hydraulic pump, Delta PLC control, Cr12 quenched cutter, size about 6500×1500×1400 mm and 380 V 50 Hz 3-phase power.
